The industry of Promotional Products, Printing, and Apparel Decoration implies all items have been customized or altered. As a result of this, goods are unable to be returned unless there is a quality issue with the product or decoration and agreed upon by both parties. Any potential issues must be discussed within a 30-day time period from receiving the goods.
When eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with any tags, stickers, embellishments, within its’ original packaging.
Damages and Concerns
Please inspect all products upon receipt of them and contact your Just Direct Promotions representative immediately if the items are defective, damaged, or if you have received an incorrect product so that we can begin to evaluate and begin with recommendations as to rectifying the issue.
At Just Direct Promotions (JDP), we pride ourselves on our customer care and our experience to help avoid issues to the best of our abilities. JDP will work closely with you to arrive at an amicable decision, which may include a correction, credit, or reproduction of your order or to your account. In the event that your order is returned and inspected, and deemed a refund, credit, or reproduction is not approved or the responsibility of Just Direct Promotions, a representative will inform you.
Terms of all refunds, credits, or reproductions, will be communicated and exercised within a timely manner. Please be patient throughout this process.
